Muslim Therapist providing Trauma-Informed Individual & Couples Therapy in Mississauga, Ontario
Therapy for You & Your Relationships
I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, paying special attention to how the systems around us, including culture, faith and family impact our experiences and relationships. I provide Individual and Couples Therapy for BIPOC, Muslim, immigrant, and young adult clients, creating a safe, culturally attuned, and empathetic space to explore growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, including navigating my multiracial and intercultural identity, migration, and family life, which allows me to understand and support clients in culturally nuanced ways.

Me in Everyday Life
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me:
On a pickleball or soccer court
Enjoying a coffee on a walk near the water
Soaking in the quiet beauty of sunrise (yes — I’m definitely a sunrise-over-sunset person ☀️)
