Hi! I’m Nadiah!
I am a registered mental health therapist (RP) in Mississauga supporting Muslim, BIPOC, and refugee clients in navigating trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I provide care that is culturally responsive and deeply human.
This work is guided by my two passions:
To support couples build healthy families and break entrenched negative patterns.
To help women reclaim their lives after trauma and abuse.
I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means I see life and individuals through a relationships lens. My work experience spans over seven years across universities, community programs, and clinical settings. My work is practical, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the realities my clients live in every day.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me volunteering, playing soccer, or enjoying a quiet moment by the water with a cup of coffee or tea.
If you’re looking for support that feels respectful, grounded, and intentional, I’d love to connect.
